    Friendly staff, and meals came out fairly quickly. I wasn't happy with my coffee though.

    Here's what I got when I googled "how to make a long black":
    1 Grab a medium sized cup.
    2 Pour in hot water from the tea spout on your espresso machine. ...
    3 Pour a double shot of espresso directly onto the water.
    4 If appearance is important serve immediately to maintain the crema.

    I would add to that:
    • Not too much water. You don't need to fill it to overflowing, that just dilutes the double shot.
    • Yes, a _double_ shot.
